No refund of the gift wrap option at all. I think that the gift bag charge is a little deceptive because you would have to dig into the description of the gift bag to learn that your items won't come wrapped. That information doesn’t come up when you select to add on gift wrapping.

Unbelievable shipping. Vase was barely packed-surprised the vase did not break. You shipped it in its original box also which makes it impossible to give as a gift for Christmas. You slapped the shipping label all over it-which you can’t get off-not to mention all of the scratches and dings the box got along the way. Why not place it inside of another box? It’s lazy and you cut corners. Won’t ever buy from you again or recommend your product to anyone.
