So they don’t have any size chart for shorts, then, for some reason they made shorts longer than anywhere else has made them in the last 20 years. So then I tried to exchange it for a smaller size, and you have to figure out your own shipping, where to actually ship it to, and fill out a form by hand to exchange it, and just hope they still have it in stock.
It’s interesting. I’m actually impressed at how quickly they were able to make sure I never buy anything from them again.

I asked for a green and orange cap, but I received a white and green one. I didn't ask for that color. I want my money back or for that cap to be exchanged. This has been the second time with you. First it was a Hoodie, now it's the cap. You're irresponsible and you'll send the customer whatever you want just to make a sale. That's not how it is. I want my money back for the cap.
