We bought some panels for the all terrain dog fence and the wording was confusing. It said I was ordering 28 panels with 4 doors. I took that as 28 panels total. Not 28 panels plus 4 door panels. We needed a total of 32, so I ordered an extra 4 panels. When I tried to submit a return for the 4 unnecessary panels I was told that because there wasn’t anything wrong with them we could either pay for return shipping or get 25% of the price back. If the add needs to be more clear with the wording
