The delivery time mentioned on the website is misleading! It took some time before it was dispatched and it took more than a week to arrive. Then a week from courier to contact, get additional payment (custom duty and their additional service fee - on top of shipment fee). Nothing as such is mentioned when you start the shopping.

I ordered QTY 4 Ateez MAKESTAR sets and was supposed to receive 4 unit photocards without duplicate according to the description. However, I received 2 of the same unit photocard, and received QTY 8 total of Ateez Poca albums when it should have been only QTY 4. They did not give me QTY 4 albums of each member. I contacted customer service on 7/2 and still have not heard back from them as on 7/10.
