When I reached out a month later they told me my products were out of stock when I initially ordered them and that they would be shipped within a week and I would see updated tracking. Over a week later I checked again and tracking is still unavailable. So I reached out again. They told me they would escalate the situation and get back to me in a few hours, which never happened. So I requested a refund and was ignored. Will not purchase from them again.
