I really like the flowers I get from this Company, and it does not matter which ones I purchase. They are always very well put together, vibrant in color, and just perfect for my boquets! The first time I ordered, I got my shipment right away, promptly, however, my second shipment took MONTHS!!! I had to email over and over and ask them where it was! They told me it had been shipped twice, when in fact, it HAD NOT!!! I am very DISAPPOINTED as I really LOVE their flowers!!

Took quite a while to get here and then only half of my order came in. I tried to communicate with you via email but all I get back is “your order is complete.”

The prices were good, the flowers are good but it took too long for delivery, that wasn’t expected.

They delivered everything in a timely manner despite how much I had ordered. They were also very communicative when there would be a delay due to how they were being shipped 😊

Shipping took over 30 days, however customer service was perfect

No notifications after an email that my order was received. They lost my order and their website made it very difficult to reach them. After reading other reviews it sounds like a common occurrence.

Took forever (2.5 months) to receive my order.

After receiving only part of the order and most of it smashed beyond use they only offered me a $10.00 gift card for the replacement of $30.00 worth of flowers and I had to pay for the shipping on the new flowers that I ordered to replace the original flowers. The flowers look extremely fake. The person that worked with me was very polite.
