I had ordered 4 bunches of the ivory peonies but instead I only received 3. I had also ordered 4 bunches of the mauve peonies and received 5 bunches. Customer service replied to me that if I would accept the extra bunch of mauve to replace the ivory bunch I didn’t get since they were both the same price. I was good with that. They will work with you if there is a problem
