I just did. Late, couldn’t use because they were so tangled and couldn’t incorporate into what had already been done in time for the wedding. Threw them away and will never order from here again. First time I contacted customer service I was told they would ship within the week, second time they would be here in two weeks. Eight weeks later I got them. Very dissatisfied customer service!

Items never received, shipping VERY slow. Sales customer service was excellent at tracking when I first reported no receipt. Got notice items delivered to mailbox but items were not in my mailbox or large PKG box even though correct address was shown and never showed after 3 days. Have requested refund

Took too long to receive and sizes of flowers were smaller than in picture. They need to show a reference in size for more information and making a better purchase.

Product did not arrive can't seem to get it through someone's head I don't have the flowers, give me my money back. How does someone get ahold of your company anyway.

Misrepresentation of product

Was a little disappointed that 2 of the flowers I ordered was sold out , but that's alright..

Kind of lost communication in the middle of shipping - I knew when they first shipped and then when they were close to delivery.

Came sooner than I had expected so I placed another order keeping my fingers crossed that I will have just as much luck with the second order

They took a long time to arrive (came from over seas and I didn't realize that before I purchased) and they came in a rolled up padded envelope. They were squished and falling apart.
