Customer service was weak and disappointing. I reached out to inquire about how long the shipping took and the response was not satisfactory, nor prompt, and didn’t make sense. 3 weeks, to send 3 packs of nails (all mailed separately, despite being the exact same product- total waste of packaging and cost of shipping!) is a really poor way to run a business. I really wanted to love everything about this company- supporting small, supporting women… but I feel compelled to write these reviews.
