One of my tops was packaged poorly and cannot be worn due to the permanent bend it has on top, making the rest of it buckle and uncomfortable. I am now burdened with a return. But guess what? Somehow no email was attached so I had to have an email exchange just to get that fixed so that I can initiate a return.
I'm missing three items from my order but they are showing as delivered. I've had to correspond multiple times to get this fixed and I still don't have half my order.
The ones that I received that were packed correctly don't quite fit the feet properly, leaving gaps in some of the straps.
The tops are extremely hard to remove.
Overall, I am extremely UNhappy with these shoes. Love the concept. Hate the execution.
