I never received my full order. I have purposely waited to post a review but now I feel I might need to contact the BBB. This has been the worst experience with lack of communication. I just keep getting responses that the rest of my order will be shipped but I haven’t received any updated information. I placed my order in December and it is now January 16th and I’m still waiting on the vagelixir that I paid for and did not receive. I needed it for a feminine issue that I ended up having to spend more
Money on to buy something else. This is definitely my last time supporting and I’ve been a customer since the beginning when she was consistent. It’s sad to see how the quality and consistency of her business has went down hill. I waited to review because I did not want to leave a bad review on a black owned business but maybe my review will help other women. I want a refund at this point and will never order again. This was the worst inconvenience and all I received was a bland sorry and lies about the item being shipped to me.
