I SAW THEIR ADVERTISEMENT ON IN YOUTUBE AND BECAME "INTERESTED" INTO THE PRODUCT SO DECIDED TO LOOK AT IT AND I PLACED IT IN MY CART, PUT IN MY CARD INFO, "BUT NEVER FINALIZED NOR SUBMITTED MY PURCHASE"!!!...I STOPPED WHAT I WAS DOING, CLOSED THE TAB AND WENT TO DO RESEARCH ON IT...DIDNT THINK NOTHIG ABOUT THIS THING NO MORE, UNTIL I NOTICED I WAS CHARGED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT & CHECKED MY EMAIL AND NOTICED THAT THEY PROCESSED AN UNFINALIZED PURCHASE!!! I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET AND REACHED OUT VIA PHONE AND NO WAY OF SPEAKING WITH LIVE REP VIA PHONE..HAD TO EMAIL OR DO A LIVE CHAT. EMAILED FIRST ABOUT THE COMPLAINT AND RESPONSE WAS ONCE PURCHASED COULD NOT REFUND DUE TO PROCESSING. EXPLAINED TO THEM ITEM WAS NEVER FINALIZED FOR PURCHASE AND THEY DEBATED THAT IT WAS. FAST FORWARD, TRIED AGAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY AND SPOKE WITH ANOTHER REP AND THIS ONE STATED THAT CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE DONE AFTER 8 HOURS OF PURCHASE AND HAD TO EXPLAIN TO THIS REP THAT ITEM WAS NEVER FINALIZED FOR PURCHASE AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT NO CANCELLATION POLICY BECAUSE I NEVER COMPLETED THE ORDER. STILL SAME RESPONSE EVEN "AFTER" SHOWING THEM A SCREENSHOT OF AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT I HAVE AN ITEM STILL IN MY CART WAITING TO BE PURCHASED!..PROVING THAT THE ITEM WAS NEVER PURCHASED NOR ORDER FINALIZED..DONT YOU KNOW THESE PEOPLE STILL DEBATED WITH ME AND STATED THAT THE ORDER WAS PROCESSED AND NO REFUND COULD BE DONE BECAUSE OF THE 8 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!!!???....FAST FORWARD...AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO WIN THIS BATTLE ASKED COULD IT BE SENT BACK ONCE DELIVERED AND REP STATED THAT IT COULD BUT WOULD BE A $4.95 RESTOCKING FEE, AND HAD TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK...WAITED 2 WEEKS OR MORE FOR ITEM TO BE DELIVERED, GOT INSTRUCTIONS VIA EMAIL ON HOW TO SEND BACK, IN ADDITION HAVING TO EXPLAIN ON A SHEET OF PAPER WHY I WAS SENDING IT BACK (yes this was part of the instructions on how to return this product), AND HAD TO PAY ABOUT $20 TO SHIP BACK. THIS PRODUCT WAS $34.33 AFTER SHIPPING AND TAX FEES SO IMAGINE HOW MUCH IM GETTING BACK IF THEY "APPROVE" THE RETURN IN WHICH THEY SHOULD BECAUSE I KEPT IT IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKING AND ALL WITH THE USPS PACKAGING STILL WRAP AROUND IT AND SHIPPED VIA UPS IN A BOX. IM ONLY PROFITING BACK $9.38 BECAUSE ONCE SENT BACK, FROM CALCULATIONS, THEY WILL REFUND ME $29.38 (estimating) WITH ME HAVING TO SPEND ABOUT $20 TO HAVE IT SHIPPED BACK VIA UPS. WILL NEVER SHOP FROM HERE AGAIN
