2 orders were sent to an old address I had. I've have ordered from them prior to the 2 orders that were sent to old address, and they were sent to my current address, so I'm sure my current address had been updated in system. That's why the mix up should have not happened. Also the company would not do anything about it or even reimburse me. I thought I was a good customer, even by placing this order, which had current address but apparently they had no mercy.
