When there was a delivery issue, I had to call this contact service they use, and the staff were very rude to me, even hung up on my face. It was infuriating and just another insult added on top of the delivery issues and the high price of the product. I made a complaint and I hope it was resolved. But the product itself is amazing and worth the price.
