The two free items promised by promotions on the site were "forgotten" and I had to follow up to get them (and they still haven't arrived). One dice set was relatively nice, though overpriced. The other set was junk. Shipping took a long time from China. Overall an okay but not great experience. I won't buy from them again.

I was able to contact for a refund which I did receive and a replacement which I have not received. Bad quality, mediocre customer service, and falsely represented products.
