I had an order that didn't do well with shipping, I think something was not right with how a container was manufactured. Stuff happens, that's just life and it wasn't a big deal in my eyes but it was to Savvy. They wanted it to be perfect and Savvy made it MORE than right, more than what I expected and did it immediately, even though it wasn't necessarily their fault. That's a great company!
