Really bad attitude from customer service reps. 😒 my product never even arrived! Extremely long wait time for delivery, then no product even arrived. The responses are unhelpful or just no response at all. Second and last time I will be supporting this company. First time i bought 6 necklaces in a promotional package they had, if you bought 2 products you get one free. They went back on this and refused to give me two free items with my 4 full purchases.
