Good day,
I am writing to report a problem with the labels supplied.
Normally, the backing paper stays intact and the stickers lift off cleanly from the sheet. However, with this batch, the stickers are tearing when removed because the backing paper appears to still be partially attached. It seems the kiss-cutting was not done properly, as the backing is not releasing cleanly from the stickers.
This has resulted in several labels being damaged and unusable.
