There was a supposed mistake in my address, the package was turned around just before delivery. I emailed the carrier as told first, but when I got no reply, I called and changed my address. Their agent said that they would contact Aiori. I waited over a week and then contacted customer support. I had to explain twice that the package was not moving. Two weeks later, nothing had happened. Very disappointing.
