I’ve been buying from aiori for a few years since the business started, but the pricing has gone up with the quality going down. I just received a broken earring in the mail and I’ve had 2 other pieces from Aiori break within the first 5 wears. The customer service doesn’t assist with these issues even for customers who have ordered 5+ times. I love that Aiori is a small women owned business, but their commitment to quality and customer service has unfortunately made this my last order with them.
