Hi Aiori Team, I hope all is well! I recently ordered and received today the every day essentials, three-piece earring set in gold. Initially, I love the set and I love how the smallest and largest earrings fit my ear. However, when trying on the medium size, I found that one of the earrings backing did not stop and allowed to be fitted to the ear, and furthermore broke making the earring unusable. I have not worn these earrings other than trying them on to ensure that they feel comfortable and fit my ears. Again, I love the set and I love the two earrings that fit me however, the medium set came with one broken earring that is unwearable. I am not looking for a refund, but simply for a new set of the medium earrings that come with the every day essentials gold set or even just a replacement of that singular earring. I am unsure if the pictures provided will show in detail what I am describing since the earrings are small and delicate. However, please let me know if the video would be helpful.
