I ordered four and three of them I ordered where too big. I normally wear L/XL in the stretch fit. This was too big for me with Salt Mafia hats. Had to get the M/L. It took a couple days to get the return label, and it's been a little over a week, and I got my three hats back that I returned in the correct size. Note, I paid the extra $2 for the free returns. Great experience all around.
