I received an incorrect order. I have been going back and forth with the customer service department’s email address for 6 WEEKS and the only response I have gotten is, “we will check with our distribution center and get back to you”… and then I do not receive any follow up. Additionally, there is no listed phone number to contact anyone.
I understand companies may be limited on their number of employees but 6 weeks an no end in sight is horribly frustrating.
