Last year in order never made it to my house but I received a review request asking about the quality of the hats that I ordered. When I told the salt mafia crew that I never actually received them, but I was excited to get them, they immediately shipped another order at no charge to me. They understand customer service. I got my hats and I love them. I continue to order more.
