Absolutely horrendous experience with customer support. I was attempting to place an order and it took weeks to get any kind of communication and then when I did place the order it was canceled due to a pricing error on salt mafia’s side and they did not reinstate it. The sale ended and I was waiting for them, and have been waiting for them for weeks to reinstate it at the price. I was promised as well get expedited shipping, but no one returns any kind of email.
