My experience is mostly good! Hats are great!
I've had issues where a pair of pants started ripping after 2 months of using them (so about 8-10 times). It was out of the return/exchange window so wasn't able to get those replaced.
I also received a wrong item in my last order. It bothered me because it was bathing suit I bought for a beach trip and wasn't able to get them in time for the trip.
