Find models you can test all sizing appropriately with. For now, smaller fits are not great, and the customer service is personalised but repetitive. I had to advise numerous times what options I wanted, when it was already explicitly stated in the email thread multiple times. 13 emails for a return is not conducive to wanting to order again.
