Both wallets you sent me were made poorly. They looked nothing like the photos or previous wallets I’ve purchased from you. Your company assured me that new wallets would be sent out that met your “quality standards”. That was weeks ago. I was told the new wallets would ship this week. I’ve heard nothing. I intend to dispute the full charges with the bank this week and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Federap Trade Commission. You’ve had time to make this right and you haven’t.
