Extremely bad experience - full order not honoured, no response from customer service on remaining item. Order placed 23 March 2025, received a massage 27 March 2025 stating that it will only be delivered after Raya. No news after Raya so sent a chaser via WhatsApp on 14 Apr 2025, only received partial order on 15 Apr 2025 (ordered lounger and crescent pillow but only received lounger without the crescent pillow). Followed on WhatsApp again 18 Apr 2025 but no response until now 😡
