One browband lost the main stone after 5 times of use, wrote them if I could buy a new stone to glue in myself. Was told to write and email. Did that. Still no reply to this day. Browband quality is not what I expected for the price point at all. And the fact they don't follow up with communication really doesn't sit well with me. Feels like a brand that only puts in the effort if you're an influencer. - Leather and fit of the bridle seems okay, hope it holds up well but can't say.
