Took ages to ship this was apparently due to the product being out of stock. However it didnt say that on the website, resulting in the present being delivered very very late.

The bracelet size is too small for an adult man to wear, and the refund is also not worth it.

Came 2 months after order too late. Not on time valentines passed way before and its too small doesn’t fit us

Hello, Order number #534280 I am very disappointed with this order. After a long waiting period, I finally received the shipment, only to discover that it is incorrect. I clearly ordered: • One gold wristband • One silver wristband However, I received: • Two gold wristbands After all this delay, receiving the wrong items is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I need an immediate and proper solution. Please send the correct silver wristband as originally ordered as soon as possible.

Customer care was quick and nice, but my number was not added to the delivery service which meant they couldnt contact me to deliver and it took longer bc of that. The jewelry itself was not quite what I hoped for, and the gift was just a small thin chain which added nothing for me personally. But the staff was nice tho!

I was unable to receive the parcel because seller declared the purchase value as 103 EUR instead of the actual 55 EUR. Due to Georgian regulations, this made the shipment subject to additional taxes. As a result, the package was returned, and I received neither the bracelets nor the money, but moreover spent time dealing with tax registration and communicating with tax authorities as non resident of the country. Worst experience ever, do not recommend to anyone

Almost 2 months to get them. First because the item was “sold out” but then because the shipping method chosen was so basic that it practically came walking
