The product itself is great but the pick up situation doesn’t make sense at all (if you choose delivery option by you coming to their cafe to pick up your order). You’re only allowed to choose pickup timeslots about a week in advance but no actual order is ever packaged by the company - so why do I have to wait a week? Not only that, but you don’t even get an email that you should pick up your order (as they state in the order confirmation email). So instead of a convenient pickup, you are left

Placed my first order online but didn’t receive any email notification about collection. I decided to walk in to the shop to check if my order was ready. A reminder to always double-check your items when collecting, I had purchased 2 boxes of tea bags but was initially only given 1. Luckily, I noticed it on the spot, otherwise it would have been quite troublesome to resolve after reaching home.

hi ethan, I found it in the Spam folder, thank you. I do still want to give feedback though 0- this whole process was very confusing as 1) I had to select local delivery 2) the first email that was sent was not directed to spam 3) a lot of conflicting information for what was supposed to be a very straightforward purchase. Maybe Matchaya can consider tightening these processes in the future (eg having a "deliver online" option to reduce confusion (and frustration). Thanks!
