It’s two expensive to have fruit rotting before you can enjoy it because it’s not ripening. And the coconuts are cloudy. I still drink them but I can’t with the soursop. I’m done buying

Been ordering with them for some time now. I appreciate what they are doing for the community. Unfortunately, fruits are still arriving damaged and bruised but I suppose that’s to be expected. Hope that they implement a program where the packaging can be returned and reused.

I am very disappointed with my order from iHeartFruitBox. I ordered the mixed fruit box and the soursop sampler, spending close to $200, but I only received one soursop. I had ordered the soursop specifically to help my dad during his chemo treatments, and this experience has left me extremely upset and frustrated. I expected better, especially given the cost.
Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very DISSAPOINTED!!

The box came days late, the fruit choice was poor at best, mostly containing key limes and lychee for filler. Nothing was good let alone remarkable which was what I expected for the price and website listing. Do not expect anything listed on site to be in your box. Everything is underripe and won’t be ready for days at best or overripe and inedible. To say I’m sad over this is an understatement. Do not waste your money like I did mine!!!
