I like what I have received. But never received a refund for one I never received. Even though it's supposed to be insured. And I requested a refund. I just gave up on getting my money back. I have placed fruit and cutting board order as a gift and they had no complaints and also loved the cutting board. Most of your products can not be readily found and I respect that you do make it available to us consumers.
