I enjoyed shopping at 4C, but was disappointed with the end result once I received my products. I've used 4C for over 2 years, but only purchased directly for the first time myself. I will say that I love the products, but I had to email and remind you to send my "mystery gift", only to discover it doesn't work. My leave in conditioner was not securely packaged, therefore was not a full container when I got it. So the use of products at this point is a major let down.

The shampoo was good. My hair was literally squeaky clean and did not feel stripped. The deep conditioner is thin and did not feel a difference after using it. There was no slip with the leave in and did not help my strands. The styling gel left this coating on my hair. I thought the product would not cause shrinkage due to it being for 4c hair but I also know moisture equals water but did not moisturize my hair. Overall, my hair felt no different, almost worse after wash day with 4c only.

I did not and I checked my spam folder as well. I have purchased items before and did not have any issues. I'm incredibly disappointed.

I placed my order in August and never received it. When I tracked the order, it showed that the items had not been shipped. I contacted the company to report the issue and reviewed their refund policy, which stated that refunds could not be issued for items that had already been received. Since my items had not been shipped, I emailed the company requesting a full refund. After my email was sent, the tracking information suddenly showed that the items had been shipped—but they never arrived.
