My initial shipment was damaged by the drivers. The product comes well packaged, but you can’t protect the items if the delivery service is playing basketball with the package. Clearly, this is what appears to have happened with my package. Two jars were damaged and I was able to savage one jar, however, the Too Soft jar top was cracked open and product was everywhere inside the box. I contacted customer service (with pictures) and they promptly sent me a new jar. Your company ROCKS!
