The wire is too thick to go into my ear hole. Additionally, it is barbed - not fun to get out. I ordered 4 pairs of earrings from you, two are fine but two have a barbed, too thick of a wire. Not very good quality control. I want to return the two that are poor and emailed you several days ago because I do not feel I should I have to pay for return shipping. Haven’t had a response yet.

The postal service selected for France was dishonest. They marked my parcel as delivered when in fact they left it outside in front of a building on a completely different street. Luckily a kind person managed to get it to me thanks to my number on the parcel. Please do not use this postal service in France as I have never had such a bad experience with delivery. However the jewellery itself is perfect, thank you.
