Not the greatest experience I have ever encountered in a a company looking for approval from their business customers!!! I am truly disappointed in the service I have received after letting them know that the shoes I purchased are TOO BIG for me to wear! I flop around in the size I ordered ( which is my correct size) but they are too large and wide for me. Now they are denying my request for a return and refund of my $94.02 charge for the 2 pair of shoes I CANNOT WEAR!!!!!
