I’ve been very happy with each of my past purchases, even though this company is by no means cheap. But this time was such a disappointment. Absolutely terrible customer “service”, and to add insult to injury, the flowers when I finally got them looked awful. Oh, and I had to explicitly threaten to have AMEX charge back the transaction before Customer service finally decided to make something happen.

Did not receive the happy valentines day item that was supposed to come with the roses. The roses were old and it's very obvious that yall give celebrities nicer and newer looking roses. Also, one balloon wasn't inflated all the way. I will not recommend buying anything from this company.
