The roses were lovely, but the service was disappointing. I ordered a red rose money bouquet a week in advance and confirmed it by phone. No one followed up, and when I arrived for pickup, it wasn’t ready or even being prepared. I had to come back 30–45 minutes later, which was inconvenient. Not sure I’d order from them again.
