This was by far the WORST experience that I have ever had with this company!! I placed an order in the early afternoon BEFORE 3PM. I was notified that the order was confirmed at 153PM. I was notified that the order was out for delivery and on its way at 313PM. I received a FALSE notice at 625PM that we were missed. NONT ONCE did anyone attempt to drop or deliver the flowers that I ordered for my wife on our anniversary day of all days!

I placed my order around 1 PM, and by 5:30 PM, my girlfriend had the flowers in her hands, super fast delivery. The delivery lady even called to let me know no one was answering the door and offered to take the flowers to another location. That kind of service is rare! The arrangement looked just like the photo. I'm really happy with how everything turned out.
