Delivery was terrible, I ordered Dec 2
C&Co (located in Melb) advised dispatch Dec 13 (untrue)
Carrier Sendle then advised my parcel was collected from C&Co Dec 16
I was advised by Sendle my delivery (my parcel was to travel just 160km from Melb) would be anytime up to Jan 3.
I don’t have problems with any other deliveries, to my large regional centre - always overnight or 2 days at most.
No communication from C&Co and no help to follow up.
Very poor customer experience
I’ll think twice before ordering again.

Dispatch & shipping times are horrible over a month to receive and no response from customer service when product arrives damage even when you purchase shipping insurance. I recommend reading the google reviews as well before purchasing. I understand it’s a busy time of the year but they continue to post on instagram and email you to review your products but don’t respond to customers.

The communication and postage has been really bad. It took 3.5 weeks for my package to arrive and required multiple followup emails. When it did arrive 3 items were missing. It has been 4.5 weeks now and I’m still waiting for the missing items to be refunded.
Communication is awful and frustrating. Email responses are not timely, or they respond with something that doesn’t address the inquiry, resulting in a need to send another email to make the same request.
