As always the customer service at Mood London Bullring Birmingham is exceptional. In my last visit I was served by the lovely Dominic, who was amazing. Having previously purchased from there, with raspberry oud being one of the favourites. I wanted something new and different. Dominic was very professional and understanding, he calmly showed me a variety of scents. And with his guidance I ended up buying the two new scents insatiable, vetiver orange and another popular one white oud. I absolutely love my new purchases they smell great . A big thank you to Dominic for his help. I highly recommend Mood London fragrances. And the overall shopping experience with them is excellent.
