The experience with the actual product is amazing! I just hate the subscription experience because it doesn’t provide a courtesy reminder. It really helps so I can have time to skip the next or push it back a little. When I asked for a refund they denied me. You would think they make it as convenient as others but I’m just one person 🤷🏽♀️
