I tried to cancel my order, the cancellation was acknowledged, then I was told I’d be charged for shipping anyway, and the items (which I’d already ordered and received from another seller) arrived a week later. Bizarre shopping experience, and now I have a climber and ladder in my house that I don’t need, don’t have room for and don’t know what to do with.

Reached out on instagram on 12/8 and was told the order will be shipped out on 12/9, it is 12/13 now and every time I check ups tracking it says currier is waiting for possession of item.
