Great except for 1 thing! You all sent me multiple emails saying I can add another item onto my order so when I went to do that it always had another shipping charge! You should be able to another item onto your order without another shipping charge! That’s excessive & undo charges for the customer that can be difficult & uneccessary! Other than that everything else was fine!

I purchased Strawberry on Dec 22. I did not receive a product until Jan 10th....and it was not what I ordered. Apparently, even after I communicated with them several times that I was waiting on my order to come and inquiring about the delay...I was NEVERE informed that the product I order that showed in stock was no longer in stock....instead they sent me a similar product. I requested the original product or a refund and they offered a 50% refund. I was refunded $2.50...however since I paid $11.00 (Apparently due to shipping) that did not seem fair. A replacement product of what I originally ordered should have been shipped to me instead.
