Good website and great products. However, I was surprised when the products were shipping from China instead of the US. Please indicate the lead-time and ship from information so customers can plan accordingly. It took more than 2 weeks for the products to arrive from China.

Ordered on 10 January, and it was scheduled to arrive in 3 to 7 days. After 12 days and no balms, I inquired about my order. Apparently, the products now come from China, and it takes 12 days. I never received the item. A replacement order was made, and I have not received that order because of the Chinese new year. I guess I will receive them some time in March or April. All of this frustration and stress over stupid lip balm. I'm going back to Chap Stick or Eos at my local drug store. This is ridiculous. Maybe one day I will be able to share a positive review of this lip balm - if it ever arrives. Oh, and I placed a second order for the strawberry shortcake, not realizing that all of your products come from China. That order has not arrived. I'm so done. Lip balm should not be stressful or frustrating.

It's a great product. I got the watermelon "flavor". It's got a great non sticky texture and seems to hydrate my lips better than other balms. Only 4 stars on this because I was expecting more flavor from it, but i only really can smell it with no taste.
