Not so hot. Ordering was super easy. But when it came I was missing both honey sticks in my little jar. I complained about 3 times. And finally they made it right. The other thing was the company tacking on insurance I never asked for. That is Shady. I complained about it and they said they were going to refund half the insurance. It should have been all of it. People don't like Shady dealings.
