I am very disappointed with my purchase experience. I bought a saree worth ₹10,000, but the packaging was extremely poor and did not reflect the value of the product. The saree arrived in a very simple package without even a proper box. For a premium product, customers expect premium packaging. Additionally, there is no return option available on your products, which is very frustrating for customers. This is not the right way to sell high-value items and maintain customer trust.
