Haven’t even received the items I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Customer service takes 3-4 days to respond. I get a random email from a third party telling me I need to pay $50 dollars for customs, meanwhile Carpe Omnia takes forever to respond. When they finally do, it’s 1 WEEK after I sent them multiple emails about this. Needless to say, the items never made it to me, but customer service responds (days later) with “we show it as delivered”.
